Claims made on this website, and the basis for them. We would rather state the limits here than have a reviewer find them later.

Compliance language
This site does not treat design intent as certification. Regulatory, contractual and control requirements are mapped during deployment review, and a certification or independent audit is stated only when it has actually been completed.
Statistics
Demonstration metrics are labelled as illustrative unless they are accompanied by a named benchmark version, methodology or attributable deployment report. They are not a forecast of client results.
Calculators
The ROI calculator is a simple model using inputs you provide. It assumes reclaimed time is available for billable work and that rates hold steady. It is not a projection of revenue.
Comparisons
Architecture comparisons describe operating models and deployment boundaries rather than claiming facts about a named competitor unless a current public source is cited.
Use cases
Representative matter scenarios are labelled as use cases or demonstrations. Sanctum Lex does not present an unnamed scenario as a customer engagement without an attributable basis.
Quotations
A statement is presented as a client testimonial only when it comes from a real client and the required permission to publish it has been obtained.
Forward looking statements
Descriptions of planned capability reflect current intent and may change.
This page is a drafting starting point prepared for the site build. Have counsel review and adapt it, and insert the governing jurisdiction, before publication.
